Well, it seems the December Luncheon was a great day for Round Rock New Neighbors membership, as this week we welcome 2 new New Neighbors!

Lydia Edwards from Georgetown, isn’t new to the area, having lived here for 13 years, but we are very happy to have her as a New Neighbor.  She was the guest of Nancy Walsh and we’re grateful to Nancy for introducing her to the organization!  Lydia filled out her Membership Form before she left the Luncheon!  And she’s found some Interest Groups she is going to check out, so she’s ready to meet some new friends.

Karen Cox grew up in St. Louis, recently came to Texas from Chicago and now lives in TeraVista. Karen did an internet search for Women’s Social Clubs, and there was RRNN.  She accepted an invitation to the Luncheon, and joined New Neighbors on 12/14!  If you weren’t at the Luncheon and didn’t get a chance to meet her, she has already signed up for multiple Interest Groups, so hopefully, you’ll be lucky enough to meet her soon.

We are very happy to welcome both of you to Round Rock New Neighbors and I know we have two great additions to the club!  And ladies, I think this shows what a good job we all do to support RRNN.  Whether it’s a good word from a member to a friend, an Internet search that finds our Wonderful Website, or our 3 monthly Welcome Events (Good Morning Social, Coffee Time, and Luncheon), we continue to bring in new and old neighbors alike!

No wonder we’re heading toward that Half Century milestone!
