Hello Dear Ladies,
I have really missed all of you these past several months and look forward to seeing you at the September Luncheon! As Karla said in her message last week, we are doing all we can to make everyone feel comfortable and safe in attending.
I have had members call and ask for a member’s phone number, address or email address so I would like to take this opportunity to draw your attention to the Directory. The ladies that have set this up for us have done a wonderful job, the online Directory is tailor-made to make it easy to find a member’s phone number or email address.
To access the Directory, log into the website. Once there, you will see Membership in the yellow strip across the top of the page, click on that and then click on Directory in the dropdown portion.
Be aware that there are two different Directories:
1. Printable Directory, which requires you to click on the blue box. This one is listed alphabetically by the member’s last name. You will see that there is a date in that blue box and the information in that directory is based upon that date and does not get updated. We plan to have a new printable one for you in January so be sure to check your profile to make sure all information is current.
2. Membership Directory. This one is below the map and is listed alphabetically by the member’s first name. You will see above the map that there is a search box where you can enter the name of the member or you can scroll down the page until you find them. Whichever method you select, click on the member’s box and their information will come up for you.
