I have an update to announce for our upcoming General Meeting and Luncheon Program. Unfortunately, the scheduled speaker from the Austin Library Foundation who was going to speak to us about Austin’s youth laureate program is unable to attend. Instead, to keep in line with our theme of wellness and healthy movement, we will provide an opportunity for an art therapy experience at the meeting. Together we will create some lovely small paintings suitable for gifting to your valentine or decorating your home. Have fun and relax being creative and playing with paint. Be sure to wear clothes that can get dirty, or bring a smock or apron!
