December Caring Hands Donations: Start cleaning out your closets and drawers! We will be collecting winter coats, sweaters, sweatshirts, hats, gloves, and winter scarves for donation to the Round Rock Area Serving Center in support of Keep Round Rock Warm. Please bring your new and gently used items to the DECEMBER luncheon. If you are unable to attend the luncheon, feel free to give your items to a Board member or bring them to my house. I will NOT be collecting any of these items after the luncheon date. They can be brought directly to the Serving Center 1099 E Main Street, Round Rock.
Blue Santa Gift Wrapping: Due to scheduling difficulties on the part of the Blue Santa Program., we will NOT have the opportunity to wrap gifts this year. Here’s hoping that we can participate next year.
January Caring Hands Donations: We will be collecting cell phones at the JANUARY luncheon to be donated to HOPE Alliance, our local women’s shelter, All phones, not matter the make or model, can still be used to call 911. Please bring your items to the JANUARY luncheon. If you are unable to attend the luncheon, feel free to give your items to a Board member or bring them to my house.
January Caring Hands Volunteering: Join Caring Hands on Tuesday, January 21 from 10- 12 noon at the Round Rock Area Serving Center as we sort donated clothing. Please park in the Head Start parking lot on the right hand side before you get to the Serving Center. Meet in the lobby at 10 am. Please sign up on the RRNN website.
